Family Friend, Inc. was established by Suzette Collins due to her passion for helping people. For many years, she worked in different sales and administrative positions and office management from start-up companies to the corporate world. However, systematic processes and speadsheets just wasn’t fulfilling. Taking a leap of faith, she decided to leave “Corporate America” and pursue her dream of owning her own business. Suzette has since learned that there is such a tremendous need for various types of “temporary” and “a la carte” services  in the caregiving realm. 

Family Friend, Inc. is taking the approach that of being an old family friend to our clients. Our focal objective of assisting homebound clients to live independently in their homes or families’ homes, providing caregiver reprieve and supporting those who are post operative. Our company strives to offer first-rate and affordable in-home health care and community based services. By creating an environment in which the client can be more self-sufficient, it allows our clients to stay in their homes longer and not be as dependent on friends or family. It is our goal to employ trustworthy, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsible to the needs of our clients, their families and the communities we serve. Each caregiver will meet educational and training requirements for the services they provide.  We encourage and support continued education of each caregiver. In turn, our company will provide staff with a competitive and dynamic work environment and professional reliable management.
